We are a source manufacturer established in 2013. Our 25,000m² factory is located in Shenzhen, China, with over 400 employees and a dedicated R&D team. We welcome clients to visit our facility or schedule a video tour.
Q2: What certifications do your products have?
Our products are fully certified for global markets. We hold ISO9001 and BSCI factory certifications. Our products comply with CE, RoHS, FCC, KC (Korea), PSE (Japan), and UKCA standards. We can also provide medical device certifications for specific models.
Q3: Do you offer Private Label (OEM) services?
Yes, OEM is our core business. We can customize the product with your logo (silk screen or mold), customize packaging colors and design, and even modify product functions or software based on your requirements.
Q4: What is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
For standard products with neutral packaging, the MOQ is as low as 50-100 units. For Private Label (custom logo/packaging), the MOQ typically starts at 500-1000 units depending on the model complexity.
Q5: Can I get a sample before placing a bulk order?
Absolutely. We encourage you to test our quality. Sample orders are shipped within 1-3 days. The sample cost is refundable when you place a subsequent bulk order.
Q6: What is the lead time for production?
For sample orders: 1-3 days. For standard bulk orders: 15-20 days. For fully customized OEM orders (first run): 30-45 days after artwork confirmation. Repeat orders are typically faster (20-30 days).
Q7: What shipping terms (Incoterms) do you support?
We support EXW, FOB, CIF, and DDP (Door to Door with duty paid). We work with reliable freight forwarders to ship via Sea, Air, Railway, or Express (DHL/FedEx/UPS) depending on your timeline and budget.
Q8: What are your payment terms?
Our standard payment term is T/T (Bank Transfer): 30% deposit to start production and 70% balance before shipment. For long-term partners or large volume orders, L/C (Letter of Credit) is also negotiable.
Q9: What is your warranty policy?
We offer a standard 12-month warranty on all our products from the date of shipment. We stand behind our quality and aim for long-term partnerships.
Q10: How do you handle defective products?
Our defect rate is extremely low (<0.5%) due to strict QC. However, if defects occur, we provide free spare parts or replacement units in your next shipment. For urgent cases, we will work with you to find an immediate solution.
