You iced your joints, ate a high-protein meal, and waited for the soreness to subside. But we have entered the era of <b data-path-to-node=\"4\" data-index-in-node=\"162\">\u5fa9\u539f 2.0<\/b>. .\u9019\u662f\u4e00\u500b\u5c08\u696d\u7d1a\u6280\u8853\u7684\u6642\u4ee3\uff0c\u904e\u53bb\u53ea\u6709\u5967\u6797\u5339\u514b\u8a13\u7df4\u4e2d\u5fc3\u624d\u6703\u63a1\u7528\u7684\u5c08\u696d\u7d1a\u6280\u8853\uff0c\u73fe\u5728\u5df2\u7d93\u6210\u70ba\u53ef\u7a7f\u6234\u4e14\u5bb9\u6613\u53d6\u5f97\u7684\u6280\u8853\u3002\u9019\u5834\u9769\u547d\u7684\u6838\u5fc3\u662f <b data-path-to-node=\"4\" data-index-in-node=\"343\">High-Performance Massage Belt<\/b>.<\/p>\n<hr data-path-to-node=\"5\" \/>\n<h2 data-path-to-node=\"6\">\u7b2c\u4e00\u90e8\u5206\uff1a\u73fe\u4ee3\u5065\u8eab\u7684\u751f\u7406\u74f6\u9838<\/h2>\n<p DOMS<\/h3>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"9\">\u904b\u52d5\u6642\uff0c\u808c\u8089\u7e96\u7dad\u6703\u767c\u751f\u5fae\u5c0f\u7684\u6495\u88c2\u3002\u96d6\u7136\u9019\u5c0d\u65bc\u80a5\u5927\uff08\u751f\u9577\uff09\u662f\u5fc5\u8981\u7684\uff0c\u4f46\u5b83\u6703\u5f15\u767c\u4e00\u7a2e\u7a31\u70ba <b data-path-to-node=\"9\" data-index-in-node=\"156\">\u5ef6\u9072\u767c\u751f\u7684\u808c\u8089\u9178\u75db (DOMS)<\/b>. .\u9019\u7a2e\u75bc\u75db\u901a\u5e38\u6703\u5728\u904b\u52d5\u5f8c 24 \u5230 48 \u5c0f\u6642\u9054\u5230\u9ad8\u5cf0\uff0c\u4e26\u6703\u5728\u6578\u5929\u5167\u5927\u5e45\u964d\u4f4e\u60a8\u7684\u6d3b\u52d5\u7bc4\u570d\u548c\u529b\u91cf\u8f38\u51fa\u3002.<\/p>\n<h3 data-path-to-node=\"10\">2.\u4ee3\u8b1d\u5ee2\u7269\u5806\u7a4d<\/h3>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"11\">\u5f37\u70c8\u7684\u808c\u8089\u6536\u7e2e\u6703\u7522\u751f\u65b0\u9673\u4ee3\u8b1d\u7684\u526f\u7522\u54c1\uff0c\u6700\u660e\u986f\u7684\u662f <b data-path-to-node=\"11\"
